A national Native American non-profit organization, the Native American Fish & Wildlife Society, serves as a communication medium for self-determined Native American fish and wildlife managers.

We serve as a communication network between tribal, federal, and state fish and wildlife management entities.

2020 NAFWS Southwest Region Natural Resources Youth Practicum

June 15 - 19, 2020, Rio Mora National Wildlife Refuge

For Native American high school students in grades 10th through 12th. There is no cost for participating students. Students interested in learning more about natural resources management and gaining hands-on learning are welcome to apply.
