A national Native American non-profit organization, the Native American Fish & Wildlife Society, serves as a communication medium for self-determined Native American fish and wildlife managers.

We serve as a communication network between tribal, federal, and state fish and wildlife management entities.

MENTORING PROGRAM

A new youth initiative! We want to provide emerging professionals with support that they may need as they continue to work towards their career goals in the natural resource field.

THE PROGRAM

A year-long cohort based program, that pairs mentors with mentees. Mentors serve as a resource and a role model.

The program also allows for webinars from mentors and other natural resource professionals to present about their experiences, tips in professional development, news/work/initiatives on Indian Country and much more!
