2024 Southwest Regional Conference Travel Assistance

Up to $1500 reimbursable for travel to attend the NAFWS 2024 Southwest Regional Conference in Fresno, CA and mandatory attendance to the Monday Climate Change Workshop.

Allowable reimbursement expenses: lodging (need to submit hotel receipt), per diem (no receipts needed, calculations based on GSA rates), mileage (no gas reimbursement), shuttles/Lyft/Taxi/Uber, airfare (receipt needed), first checked luggage under 50 lbs. (receipt needed). This funding does not cover membership costs or conference registration.

If awarded, must submit travel authorization prior to travel AND travel expense report two weeks after the conference to receive reimbursement.
