AMEND THE GOLDEN AND BALD EAGLE PROTECTION ACT
This resolution was proposed by a representative of the Great Plains Intertribal Fish and Wildlife Commission during the 2010 NAFWS National Conference in Carlton, MN. It proposes to amend the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act returning eagles found on an Indian reservation back to which they came after an investigation has been completed.

This resolution was passed at the 2015 NAFWS Southwest Region Conference in August 2015.

RESOLUTION THAT APPROVES THE INVESTMENT PLAN OF OPERATION, this Resolution Approves the Investment Plan of Operation and was passed at the NAFWS Board of Directors' meeting on December 14, 2019.

RESOLUTION FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS BUSINESS CREDIT CARD

This Resolution for American Express Business Card was passed at the NAFWS board meeting on 5/6/2018 which requests that all NAFWS officers (President, Vice-President, and Secretary/Treasurer) be added to the American Express Credit Card in May of each year, beginning in 2018.

 SUPPORT FOR DEDICATED FEDERAL FUNDING TO RECOVER WILDLIFE
This Resolution to Support for Dedicated Federal Funding to Recover Wildlife was passed on 05/08/2018 at the NAFWS Business Meeting and supports the Recovering America's Wildlife Act (RAWA) for recovery of fish and wildlife species and preventing them from becoming endangered by dedicating $1.3 billion annually using existing revenue from the development of energy and mineral resources on federal lands and waters.

2018 NAFWS SUPPORTS SUMMER YOUTH PRACTICUM IN GRANT REQUEST OF $48,000.00
This RESOLUTION was passed on 12/10/2017 at the NAFWS Board meeting and supports the NAFWS Summer Youth Practicum in a grant request to the BIA for $48,000.

1854 TREATY AUTHORITY RESOLUTION SUPPORT FOR THE BIA (BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS) TRIBAL YOUTH INITIATIVE FUNDING
This RESOLUTION was passed on 12/09/2017 at the NAFWS Board meeting and allows the 1854 Treaty Authority to conduct a Summer Youth camp within the 1854 Ceded Territory with BIA Youth Initiative Funding.

2018 TRIBAL CLIMATE RESILIENCE FUNDING
This Resolution was passed at the 2017 Southwest Regional Conference and it allows the Southwest Region to apply for BIA Climate Resilience Funding grants for Travel Support, should it become available.


FUNDING FOR NON-BIRD WILDLIFE REPOSITORY OPERATED BY THE ARIZONA GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT
This Resolution was passed at the 2017 NAFWS - Southwest Region Conference held on August 7-10, 2017 in Mescalero, NM.

This Resolution to Support of Native Youth in the Southwest Region was passed at the 2017 NAFWS -Southwest Region Conference held on August 7-10, 2017 in Mescalero, NM.

OPPOSITION TO THE DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINE (DAPL)
This resolution was passed at the 2016 NAFWS National Conference in May 2016.
